Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

You could also take the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course, but the CSPO is more focused toward analysts.

PMI-ACP

Whenever we have a class consisting mainly of analysts we will tailor the class to that audience (for example when a local IIBA chapter organizes the class).
